The oil pressing production line mainly includes the following machines:
Oil cleaning machine: This is a device used to remove impurities and dust in oils (such as soybeans, rapeseed, etc.). Before the oil enters the production line, it first needs to undergo preliminary screening and cleaning to remove impurities and oil that does not meet the requirements.
Oil flaking machine: The flaking machine is one of the key equipment of the oil production line. It crushes and presses the oil to make the oil thinner and increase its surface area, making it easier to extract oil. During this process, the cell tissue of the oil is destroyed, making it easier for the oil to flow out of the cells.
Oil press: The oil press is the core equipment of the oil production line. It can squeeze out the grease in the oil. According to different oil materials and oil extraction methods, oil presses can be divided into hydraulic oil presses and screw oil presses. Hydraulic oil presses are mainly suitable for high-oil crops such as sesame and peanuts, while screw oil presses are suitable for soybeans, rapeseeds, etc.
Oil residue separator: The squeezed oil and cake residue need to be separated. The oil residue separator uses centrifugal force to separate the grease and cake residue, and transport the cake residue to the next station for further processing.
Oil refining machine: Oil refining machine is used to refine oil, remove impurities and odors, and improve the purity and quality of oil. During this process, the oil needs to go through multiple steps such as heating, stirring, and centrifugal filtration to remove impurities and odors.
Cooler: Refined oil needs to be cooled to a certain temperature for storage and use. The cooler is used to cool the grease to the required temperature.
