How to buy vegetable oil refining equipment
The cost of vegetable oil refining equipment
Vegetable oil refining equipment manufacturers
Alkali refining and deacidification can be divided into batch type and continuous type according to the continuity of operation. Batch process is suitable for enterprises with small production scale or frequent change of oil products, while enterprises with large production scale mostly adopt continuous deacidification process. Regardless of the process, deacidification is achieved through alkali refining. So what are the main factors affecting the operation of alkali refining? BTMA will answer for you about the vegetable oil refining equipment.

First, the measurement of lye.
Whether the measurement of lye is correct or not has a great influence on the extraction rate of essential oil. The measurement of lye depends on the following two factors:
1) Lye by weight.
2) Prepare the concentration of lye.
Second, the concentration of lye.
The choice of lye concentration is an important link in the process of alkali refining. Before alkali refining, when the laboratory conducts a small sample test, a comparative test should be carried out with different concentrations of lye, and one of them should be selected. When choosing a lye concentration, the following factors should be considered:
1) The acid value of crude oil.
2) Oil making method.
3) The nature of soapstock.
4) The amount of saponified neutral oil.
5) Content of neutral oil in soapstock.
6) Separation speed of soapstock and neutral oil.
7) Decolorization ability of oil.
(3) Alkali consumption.
1) The relationship between free fatty acid content and alkali content in crude oil.
2) The relationship between crude oil color, impurities and alkali consumption.
3) The relationship between oil recovery mode and alkali consumption.
(4) Alkali refining temperature.
1) Initial temperature, final temperature and heating rate.
2) The relationship between temperature and oil soap separation speed.
(5) Stirring speed.
Because the specific gravity of lye is higher than that of oil, if it is not mixed well, it is easy to separate. The main purpose of stirring is to fully mix the lye and oil to complete the neutralization reaction. During intermittent alkali refining, the stirring speed during neutralization should be 50-70r/min. When the temperature rises, the stirring speed should be slowed down, generally 30r/min, so that the very fine soap particles and coagulated impurities (protein and mucus, etc.) can be discharged. Gradually break into larger particles until the oil soap is visibly cracked.
(6) The influence of other factors.
1) The effect of adding lye speed.
2) The relationship between temperature and oil soap separation speed.
