U.S. rapeseed pressed increased to 161,302 tons in June -BTMA
Washington, August 3: The monthly oilseed pressed report released by the US Department of Agriculture shows that in June 2021, the amount of rapeseed pressed in the United States was 161,302 tons, 159,120 tons in May, and 123,242 tons in the same period last year.
The output of rapeseed oil in June was 133 million pounds, a decrease of 1% month-on-month and an increase of 26% year-on-year.
The output of refined rapeseed oil was 154 million pounds, a 4% increase from the previous month and a 33% year-on-year increase.
