Detailed operation steps of rapeseed oil refining machine
Step 1:
Pour the crude rapeseed oil into the refining tank of the refining equipment. Pay attention to remove the foam on the surface of the crude oil. And let it stand for a certain period of time to keep the oil surface smooth. And adjust the oil temperature to 25~35°C.
Step 2:
Of course,according to the actual characteristics of the crude oil. According to the appropriate ratio. Injecting an appropriate amount of water to stir. Starting the alkali pump.
Step 3:
Mixed alkali. When the oil surface of the crude oil is smooth and the temperature is stable at 25–35°C, start the agitator to start stirring, first turn slowly (20r/min) to stir for 1min. Then change to fast turn (40r/min), while stirring, open the valve of the alkali tank , into the lye.
Step 4:
Water washing, first inject a certain amount of hot water at 75-80°C. after adding water stop heating. And then continue to stir and precipitate. Drain about 3/4 of the washing water.
Step 5:
Dehydration. Before conveying, check whether the relevant pipeline valves are normal. Then pump the washed oil into the vacuum dehydration tank. For one thing, open the steam valve at the same time, start the vacuum pump and agitator. Adjusting the cooling water of the condenser. And start the circulating oil pump to accelerate the vacuum dehydration tank.
Step 6:
Filter press. Check the operation of the filter press and whether the pipeline valve is normal. Checking whether the oil temperature is below 30°C.
After the filtered, stop the oil filter pump and close the valve. Gently open the filter plate to let the internal oil flow into the oil pan. And then remove the oil on the filter cloth filter residue.
Final step:
Recovering the residual oil. The oil-water separation tank is used to separate the recovered oil and then refine it again.
