THE PROCESS OF THE PRETREATMENT OF SOYBEANS
- Damage the soybean cells as thoroughly as possible.
- The material should be thin and strong, with small powder. The larger the solvent contact area, the shorter the extraction distance and the higher the extraction efficiency. The thickness of directly extracted soybeans is 0.2 ~ 0.3 mm.
- Proper moisture. The extraction solvent is not soluble in water. If the material contains high moisture and the internal space is full of moisture, it will affect the penetration of the solvent and the dissolution of the oil. Therefore, the moisture content of the material should be low (< 13%, 5 ~ 7%).
- Appropriate temperature. When the material is at high temperature, the viscosity of the oil is low, it is easy to flow, and the extraction effect is good. However, the temperature should not be higher than the boiling point of the solvent to avoid evaporation of the solvent. Therefore, the material temperature should be controlled at 45 ~ 55℃. It should not exceed 60°C.
