Before using the oil press, it is necessary to check the whole machine parts and lubricate the parts. This can not only improve the work efficiency and oil yield, but also reduce the friction of parts, reduce the frequency of replacement of wearing parts.

Before the oil press starts to work, the materials is steaming and roasting with a cooking pot. This can improve the oil yield of sesame, peanut, sunflower seeds and other oil plants.

If the oil press passes through the continuous pressing equipment, the temperature will gradually rise. When the machine runs too long, it should rest for a period of time to prevent the machine from overheating. When the printing press to started, it needs to be warmed up. When the temperature of the oil pressing equipment reaches about 60℃, the oil cake or a small amount of oil can be repeatedly pressed before.
