Peanut screw oil press plays an important role in the process of peanut oil making,but what should we prepare before using the machine?Today let we analyze some steps about the preparations.
1. First, prepare the tools for facilitating feeding, receiving oil, removing impurities, dredging the hopper and cleaning the machine.
2. The ambient temperature of the oil press should be controlled between 15-20°C. Too low a temperature will affect the performance and quality of the oil press.
3. Check the transmission lubrication device of the oil press to ensure flexible operation.
4. After starting up, the machine should run idling. If an abnormal phenomenon or abnormal noise is found in the oil press, the maintenance should be stopped immediately, and the fault should be eliminated thoroughly until the machine is stable.
5. The water content of oil-squeezing crops should be appropriate, and the water content is as follows: soybean 5-8%, rapeseed 6-8%, peanut 8-11%.
The method to distinguish the moisture content of various oilseeds based on experience is as follows.
Cotton seed: It is easy to be bitten by teeth and the shell kernel is easy to separate. If the cotton kernel becomes powder, it will be too dry, and the kernel shell will be too wet if it becomes flakes.
Soybean: It can be crushed with incisor teeth or cracked with cheek teeth. A slight noise is suitable. If it is bitten, it is too wet; if it cracks with louder noise, it means it is too dry.
Peanut kernels: generally hot-pressed. During hot pressing, preheat the pressing chamber, fry the peanut kernels to about 60℃, and then press while it is hot;
Rapeseed: By cold pressing, you can squeeze the rapeseed with your fingernails, divide it into two parts, and remove the oil. During the hot pressing, the rapeseed is fried in a fryer at a temperature of 70-80°C for about 10 minutes. Rub it on the board with a triangular block. If the shell and core are divided into two pieces, the moisture content is appropriate. If the shell does not separate, it will be too wet.
