1. Cottonseed lint removal
The raw material of cottonseed oil pressing is mainly cottonseed. Cottonseed is different from other oils, such as soybean, rapeseed, linseed, camellia seed, peanut and so on. Cottonseed needs to be delinted before oil is pressed. Only the cottonseed after lint removal will have a better effect.

2. Steamed and cooked cottonseed
The steaming and frying conditions of cottonseed can be determined according to the characteristics of free gossypol and actual needs. When the pressed cake is used as feed, the high-temperature and long-time steaming and frying conditions are beneficial to the combination of free gossypol. Squeezing is mainly to control the moisture of cottonseed. Reach the conditions for squeezing. The purpose of steaming: to increase the plasticity of oilseeds or nuts. Reduce the viscosity of refined oil.
3. Press oil
The cottonseed after the cottonseed squeezing and frying enters the oil press to ensure the squeezing conditions of the cottonseed, so that the moisture content of the oil is 1.5-2.5%, and the temperature reaches about 125-130 degrees, then it can be turned on and pressed. Helps to increase the pressure and oil yield of the press chamber. Under normal circumstances, the oil yield of cottonseed can reach 16%-37%.
4. Filter
The oil squeezed out by the cottonseed filter oil press is crude oil. After filtering, you can choose plate and frame oil filter, vacuum oil filter or centrifugal oil filter. The filtered cottonseed oil can be used directly for cooking.
