- When squeezing is started, feed should be done slowly. When the oil is squeezed out, slowly adjust to narrow the gap between the cakes and appropriately reduce the thickness of the cake. When the body is hot, the feeding amount can be gradually increased. When the surface of the body is very hot, it can work normally. It is necessary to prevent a large amount of feeding when starting to squeeze, and sudden increase in load
- After the pie gap is adjusted, the lock nut should be tightened to prevent the squeezer from loosening and causing the thickness of the pie to change.
- When feeding, prevent stones or metals from mixing into the oil and entering the press chamber to avoid damage to the body and cause personal accidents
- During the pressing process, the thickness of the cake should vary according to the type of oil and the moisture content of the oil.
TIPS:
Generally, when squeezing peanuts and soybeans, the cake gap is within the range of 0.3-1.0mm. Do not blindly reduce the cake gap and increase the bearing load in order to increase the oil yield.
2.Improper adjustment causes bearing damage
