When using a screw press to extract soybean oil, whether cold or hot, different problems will occur due to improper operation or improper adjustment of oil moisture content.
A. The phenomenon of slag run-off occurs during pressing.
In the screw oil press, if there is a small amount of slag run-out phenomenon when the oil is squeezed, it is also a normal phenomenon (the slag run-off is allowed to reach 5%).
If the amount of slag is large, it needs to be adjusted. From the perspective of oil, the oil has improper moisture content. It is too dry or too wet. White bubbles.
If the oil is too dry, the residue will be powdery, the cake will become white and powdery, and the oil will not flow smoothly. The oil gap in the squeezing chamber should be less. That is to say, it is more tight when the rows are installed. Each row must be hammered by hand, and the nut should be tightened for the 100-type oil press.
B. Oil return occurs when soybeans are squeezed: that is, there is oil in the hopper.
For pressed soybeans, oil return rarely occurs, because oil return is a phenomenon that is easy to produce when squeezing oils with higher oil content. The gap between the rows is too small: (i.e. the tightness on the rows), use a mat to adjust the gap between the rows. If it is a 100-type oil press, in addition to adjusting the gap between the rows, you must relax and tighten the nut to increase the drainage Oil gap.
c. The cake is not smooth, or the cake is not discharged, and the material is not fed
the oil press has the phenomenon of not feeding and not feeding the cake, mainly due to the fact that the new machine is not run-in and improperly used when it is first used. (Sometimes the hopper is blocked (Causing the snail to turn the leaves up and not feeding), when the moisture content of the oil is inappropriate, it should be adjusted.
If it is not a moisture problem, the new machine should be operated in strict accordance with the instructions when using the new machine, and the feed should be slowly controlled. The normal press can only be entered when the standby temperature rises above 80 degrees.
