The main points before starting up

• Fill the gear box with 12 kg of oil before starting the machine.
• After the machine is installed, add lubricating oil according to the regulations, check whether the parts are tight, the operating handle, and the board are flexible.
• Move the large pulley by hand to check whether the machine is loose or jammed, and if there is any abnormality, remove it in time.
• Adjust the tightness of the belt, start the motor, and check whether the direction of the sheave wheel is consistent with the direction of the mark.
• 5 After the inspection and preparation work is completed, loosen the lock nut to screw the screw, then return 3-4 turns, and then advance half a turn to ensure the gap between the screw and the cake outlet.

Start

• Start the motor, start the machine, add 6%-8% moisture to the cake, pour it into the hopper, polish the press chamber, and do not feed too much, otherwise it may cause the press chamber to block and jam the machine. Slowly and evenly, after the pressing chamber is polished and the cake is normally discharged, the raw material can be poured into the hopper.
• Observe the condition of the cake after operation. If the cake does not come out, squeeze the snails for 1-2 turns. If the cake does not come out, stop the machine for inspection. Remember to avoid driving the car. After the fault is eliminated, perform the extra pressing work. Normal. When running, the cake is 1-2 mm thick, the cake is tile-like, it is not sticky by hand, the inner surface is smooth, the outer surface is wrinkled, and the surface does not have oil stains.
• Cake thickness adjustment: move the handle on the adjusting screw, turn the adjusting bolt clockwise, the bolt is out, the cake will be thick, otherwise the cake will be thin. (Because the adjusting bolt is the left T165x6) The taper angle of the cake ring and the tip of the slag outlet is different, and the thickness of the cake changes by 0.4-0.5 mm per revolution.

• During the operation of the oil press, you should always check the oil and slag situation. Normally, most of the oil flows out from the row and the first few round rows. If the cake breaks into slag, it means that the dough is too dry. If it is found that the cake becomes hot (steam) and becomes large, it means that the moisture is too high, and the moisture content of the blank should be adjusted in time.

Slag discharging: When the slag is discharged, it becomes thin flakes, which means high water content. If powdery and foamy, it means low water content. Too much slag discharge in the circle is a round row that is not compacted by the compression nut. The compression nut should be tightened. If the moisture is suitable, the strip will not discharge slag or less slag. A small amount of slag discharge is also allowed in the round row. The moisture content of the embryonic material directly affects the oil yield, so the moisture content of the embryonic material should be controlled during pressing.

Shutdown

• Normal shutdown should press all the material embryos to bend, repeatedly push back the pressing screw several times, finish the oil in the pressing chamber, put the cake until the end, and then stop. 

• Power off or due to other accidents suddenly stop, first cut off the power supply, draw out the feeding baffle, manpower reversal of the large pulley, so that the mandrel reversal to exit the material, immediately press the screw shaft out of the chamber (when manpower reversal of the big wheel is difficult, not forced. 

To avoid damage to the machine), to clean up.  If you can’t pull it out, you should loosen the nut, remove the upper press cage, use a screwdriver to loosen the round row one by one, clean it up, and do not drive again without cleaning.
