BTMA-How to operate hydraulic sesame oil press ?
The hydraulic press is a hydraulic press with simple operation and few wearing parts. It is currently more advanced equipment, instead of manual operation of small sesame oil.
The operation process of the hydraulic press is introduced as follows: clean the oil tank, add enough hydraulic oil, check whether the bolts of each part are loose, and check whether the line connection is correct.
1. Preheat before each oil pressing. Preheat temperature: 50~70℃ in summer and autumn, 70~90℃ in east and spring. The preheating system is automatically controlled without turning off the temperature control switch.
2. Hold the handle of the upper top plate, fully open the top plate so that it is 180° from the working position, cushion the bottom of the compression chamber, and put the piston in place for use.
3. Run the machine empty for 1 to 2 minutes before pressing oil each time. If the hydraulic oil becomes thick in winter and spring, run the machine empty for 5-10 minutes to make the oil thin and easy to operate.
4. Drain the fried sesame seeds and put them in the pressing chamber.
5. Put a cushion on the upper end of the hemp seeds in the pressure chamber, place a partition on the upper end of the pressure chamber, and push the partition into the pressure chamber. If the oil volume is low, the oil volume can be increased when the machine is turned on to keep the oil on the upper plane slightly lower than the upper end surface of the pressure chamber; otherwise the upper top plate cannot be closed, lift the manual valve handle and start the press.
6. This hydraulic press must be operated by a dedicated person. During the advancing process, the owner is not allowed to leave. When the pressure reaches 55mpa, the motor stops working. Otherwise, cut off the power immediately, check whether the pressure gauge is damaged or malfunctioning, and whether the AC contactor is damaged. If it is damaged, it should be replaced immediately and used after inspection.
7. When the pressure gauge rises to 55mpa, the electrical control system automatically stops. When the pressure in the pressure chamber drops to 45mpa, the electrical control system automatically starts, the pressure of the pressure gauge rises again, and there is no oil leakage in the pressure chamber. Indicates that the oil has run out.
8. Close: Hold the handle of the manual control valve, press down the spool of the manual control valve to lower the pressure chamber to 10mm from the top, raise the handle of the manual control valve, and open the top plate.
9. Turn on the switch, the sesame cake rises, and the piston top plate is about 5mm away from the upper end of the pressure chamber. Turn off the machine, remove the material partition and the upper pad, and take out the oil cake.
