2. When the screw hydraulic machine is working normally, open valve 2 and close the other valves. Then add 70 degrees of crude oil, you can use a vacuum pump, the oil tank begins to filter. Observe the oil level during filtration. If the oil level reaches one third, you need to close valve 2 and open 4 more valves. After repeating the above actions, open valves 1 and 5 by analogy and prepare to drain the oil.
3. According to the above operation process, the two oil tanks can be used in sequence. Observe the fuel tank during use. If you see oil bubbles in the fuel tank, you must open the air valve in time to drain the oil bubbles as much as possible to prevent them from entering the vacuum pump. exist. No air enters the interior, maintaining a vacuum state.
4. Check the oil level of the vacuum pump frequently, and pour No. 1 vacuum pump oil each time. Open the valve under the oil storage tank and drain the oil in time to avoid normal use next time.
When the vacuum oil filter is filtering, someone needs to scrape off the scum. After using for a period of time, the filter cloth needs to be cleaned to avoid clogging the filter and making the oil unable to filter.
