Introduction of Two Processes for Processing Black Peanut Oil by Oil Press
Black peanuts, also known as selenium-enriched black peanuts
Peanuts are no strangers to all of us, especially those who have land in the northern countryside, they can grow peanuts for an acre and a half by themselves. Peanuts can not only be eaten raw, cooked or directly fried, but also processed into another product, namely black peanut edible oil, through oil press and other equipment.
The peanut oil we usually come into contact with is basically processed from safflower, which is the kind with yellowish-white or yellowish-brown shell and red kernel, that is, ordinary peanuts. In addition to this kind of peanut, there are a large number of other colored peanuts planted, among which black peanut is a kind of colored peanut. Also known as selenium-enriched black peanuts.

The process of pressing black peanuts by oil press
At present, there are two main processing techniques for black peanut oil, the first is screw pressing, and the second is hydraulic pressing. Concrete technological process is as follows:
Screw press method: The shelled, cleaned and screened high-quality peanut kernels are crushed and fried, and then pressed into an oil press with a screw. The peanut oil obtained by pressing is washed, dried and filtered to obtain finished peanut oil.
Hydraulic pressing method: high-quality peanut kernels are shelled, cleaned, screened, crushed, fried, packaged, and then put into a hydraulic oil press for pressing. The pressed peanut oil is washed, dried, and filtered to obtain finished peanut oil.
The biggest difference between the two processes is that one is hot pressing and the other is cold pressing, and the pressing temperature of the screw pressing method is higher than that of the hydraulic oil press, which destroys some nutrients in peanut oil to a certain extent.

What is the future prospect of black peanut oil?
Peanut oil is one of the three major edible oils in my country, and it is also a kind of edible oil that residents prefer. But black peanuts contain higher protein content, trace elements zinc and selenium than ordinary peanuts. Very suitable for development and processing into high-grade edible oil, food, etc. It has a huge potential market.
